These terms apply to product orders and subscriptions taken out on fermentierra.com and to registrations for Fermentierra workshops, including registrations completed through Infomaniak ticketing.
The customer may be an individual or a legal entity and accepts these terms before confirming an order, subscription or registration.
The essential characteristics, composition, allergens, quantity, price and storage conditions are shown on the product page and packaging. Customers must follow the label instructions, particularly storage conditions and the stated date.
Before confirming, customers may review the order, correct information and see the total price. The order becomes final once payment is accepted and an electronic confirmation is sent.
If a product is unavailable or the displayed price contains an obvious error, Fermentierra will inform the customer promptly and fully refund any amount already paid for that product.
For private customers, prices are shown in Swiss francs including VAT and other applicable taxes. In the professional customer area, prices are shown excluding tax; applicable VAT is added and displayed before confirmation.
Delivery charges are shown separately before confirmation and included in the total amount due.
Payment is due when the order is placed using one of the methods offered at checkout.
Delivery areas and times, delivery charges, cancellation options, claim periods and replacement or refund arrangements are defined in Shipping and refunds. Those terms form part of these conditions and must be read before ordering.
The customer's statutory rights for defective products remain unaffected.
The contents, frequency, price and delivery charges of each subscription are shown before purchase. Unless clearly stated otherwise, a subscription is open-ended, has no minimum term and renews automatically at the chosen frequency.
The price is charged at the start of each period using the saved payment method. Each renewal is a new order governed by the Shipping and refunds terms.
Customers may cancel at any time through their account or by writing to commande@fermentierra.com. Cancellation received before the next charge prevents the following renewal. If payment has already been taken, the corresponding order may still be cancelled until it is handed to the carrier.
Any subscription price change is communicated at least 30 days before it applies. Customers may cancel before the new price takes effect.
Any change to these terms affecting current subscriptions is communicated at least 30 days before it takes effect. The amended version applies to subsequent renewals.
If payment fails, dispatch is suspended and the customer is informed. No further charge or dispatch is made after cancellation takes effect.
Workshop registration is confirmed after full payment and electronic confirmation or ticket delivery. The description, location, date, time, content and price are shown on the event page.
If the participant cancels, calculated from receipt of the request by Fermentierra:
Participants may transfer their place free of charge by informing Fermentierra before the workshop begins.
If Fermentierra cancels or postpones a workshop, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to the proposed new date.
Participants must follow hygiene and safety instructions and report relevant allergies or dietary restrictions before the workshop.
These terms and the contracts to which they apply are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protections and mandatory places of jurisdiction remain reserved.
