Join the dance whenever you choose. Your first date will be the next box still open for booking, and three more seasons will naturally follow.
At each stage, you receive a selection curated like a seasonal landscape: Fermentierra fermentations, exceptional flavours, small batches, and discoveries chosen from other Swiss artisans. The exact contents remain intentionally a surprise, guided by the weather, the harvest, and our inspiration.
Four events throughout the seasons
- 4 successive seasonal shipments , over a period of approximately 12 months
- 760 CHF paid upon ordering , or 190 CHF per box
- 40 CHF savings on the complete set compared to four boxes purchased separately at 200 CHF each
- Your departure season and planned dates are confirmed by email.
Join the circle whenever you want
In practical terms, your cycle begins with the next box whose production deadline has not yet passed. Fermentation and artisanal preparation require several months of planning; each season therefore has its own closing date, generally around three months before shipping.
If you join the cycle while the winter box is still open, you will receive winter, spring, summer, and autumn. If its preparation has already begun, your first encounter will be spring, and the cycle will conclude with the following winter.
A promise for four seasons
This offer constitutes a firm commitment for all four boxes in the round. It does not renew automatically. Once the order is confirmed, your four selections are reserved and included in our production schedule.
Good to know
The contents are primarily food-related and may also include a limited selection of non-food items created by artisans. As the composition varies, please contact us before ordering if you have any allergies or intolerances.
