This winter edition brings together a selection of Fermentierra fermentations, exceptional flavours, small batches, and discoveries chosen from other Swiss artisans. The exact composition remains intentionally a surprise.

Why order in advance?

Fermentation and artisanal preparation take several months. Pre-ordering allows us to reserve raw materials, launch production, and carefully compose each box.

Good to know

This is a one-time purchase: you will only receive the Winter 2027 Box. If you wish to receive four consecutive seasons, choose the annual subscription instead.

The contents are primarily food-related and may also include a limited selection of non-food items created by artisans. As the composition varies, please contact us before ordering if you have any allergies or intolerances.
