It took us a while to find the dragon. But damn, the adventure was worth it.
Dragon's Blood is a raw, lacto-fermented hot sauce, potent without sacrificing flavour. The heat hits hard—enough to awaken your sinuses—then gives way to a deep, fruity, and intensely aromatic bouquet.
Start by taming it with a tiny dab of the knife before getting more adventurous. A few drops are all it takes to liven up a dish, a soup, eggs, a taco, or a plate that's a little too tame.

There are three different types of mustard: yellow, black, and brown. Brown mustards are the most pungent, with a strong, pungent aroma. Black mustards offer a superb balance of strength and fragrance, while yellow mustards are more aromatic, with a flavour closer to that of our mild Swiss mustards. Our yellow mustard is rich and flavourful, with whole seeds. It’s an excellent condiment for salads and cheeses. 130 g
